Our Customer Support Centre with its factory trained technicians using the latest diagnostic equipment and specialist tools, carry out overhauls and servicing for all types of engines. Our fleet of mobile workshops gives customers easy access to our expertise, regardless of location, and offers full technical support nationwide.
We offer full local applications engineering support, with the facilities to tailor our engines to meet our customers' needs.
In partnership with the DEUTZ AG parts operation, we are able to offer overnight delivery of replacement parts with 95% availability. Our “SERPIC” software allows for easy engine identification from its serial number, ensuring quick delivery of the correct parts, keeping machine down time to a minimum.
